Our Mission

We are a grassroots committee seeking to make Lancaster County a community that
works for everyone. We believe the work must continue until our government,
criminal justice system, schools, health care and other institutions are free of
systemic bias.

That’s why we are inviting you to a forum on Saturday, March 18. Together We
Can: A Townhall for Targeting Hidden Injustices will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon
at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.

The townhall will look at where Lancaster County is achieving diversity, equity and inclusion and where it is falling short. Small-group discussions will promote connections, build camaraderie and serve as a catalyst for collaborative, coalition-style advocacy.

Together we can.
